As a result of tobacco industry fraud and false claims crimes being purpetrated across the United States, a significant number of States are experiencing budget deficits that range into the multiple BILLIONS OF DOLLARS in the RED!

Since May 14th of 1999, The Shuster Project has worked tirelessly, contacting state and federal legislators and ALL of the Attorneys General across the country, detailing some of the most egregious tobacco industry fraud and false claims crimes being committed in these states ... even getting a LAW passed in Connecticut with respect to these crimes ... only to have these legislators and these Attorneys General do ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to recover these massive, defrauded state and federal revenues!

The Shuster Project is pleased to announce, however, that our work has now evolved to the stage where we are ready to offer, for publication, the main manuscript from which this web site is, in part, derived.

In fact, from early September of 2002, we have begun both to prepare and to issue "letters of introduction" to prospective publishers towards that very goal, inviting them, one by one, to initially review, upon submission to us, by them, of our "Confidentiality Agreement," a synopsis of the 16 Chapters that comprise the main manuscript from which, in part, this web site is derived.

Then, once specific safeguards with respect to the establishment of the Copyrights to our "intellectual properties" are firmly established and in place, The Shuster Project will grant a publisher full access to all of our materials, images and graphics, which will constitute the first steps towards the publication of the first authenticated book, ever, on tobacco industry fraud and false claims issues/crimes.

Due to the fact that no published work currently exists that includes such significant, authentic tobacco industry documents, forms, ethnic and demographic cigarette sales campaign strategies and other materials to ever be exposed for the very first time, The Shuster Project staff and supporters anticipate and are actually prepared to have to engage in a departure of "accepted protocols" within the publishing industry in order to realize success in getting our book published.

In fact, when you review the extensive, Award-winning and critically acclaimed content of just "The Shuster Project - Tobacco Industry Fraud & False Claims" web site, alone, it will become immediately apparent to you that no book currently exists, whatsoever, on the dramatic topics and issues that we address.

As The Shuster Project continues to evolve and to work fervently towards the publication of our main manuscript, some of our plans, such as the widely anticipated launch of our associated online Talk-PC Show, "Logically Speaking," has slowed to the point that we now anticipate it's launch in late Spring of 2003.

Although the number of our staff is small, we are fully dedicating our efforts, now, towards the ultimate publication of our first book and the goal for the realization of that accomplishment is for our book to be available by the end of 2003.

Once you have taken the time to review The Shuster Project web site in earnest, and in it's entirety, and if you feel, as a grammar school, high school or university student, a parent, teacher or a professor, that a book/textbook on these issues would more fully supplement and more fully enhance your knowledge on these startling, significant, current and relevent issues and the complete subject matter and all of the supporting materials which would be presented to you for the very first time anywhere, in their entirety, given the many exurpts that you are finding here, then you should feel free, and with our blessings, to write to any credible publisher of your choosing and indicate your feelings to them that our book should be published by them and that they should contact us in order to begin that process.
